About: Larry Bobbins

You think you know everything about me already, based on a few podcast appearances or some salacious tidbit you picked up at the hair salon. But let me assure you, you know nothing about the real me.

I'm a writer. I can't help it. I'm a keen observer of people with an uncanny knack for seeing through the facade. What I produce gives people a shred of hope, a chuckle or two, and a frank assessment of their weaknesses.

I'm not perfect. I'm married with a couple of kids. Grown up kids. But I used to be much younger than you. And although I'm very wise, I'm not available for writer's "workshops" or weekend retreats with fawning accolytes. I'm best admired from afar.

You should know that I tell the truth, by the way. Big Media hates me (see "They Won't Let Anyone Follow Me").

I hope your precious biases are reinforced with concrete. I'm the guy who cuts through the mass confusion. I pop the information bubbles. I am dynamite.

I live north of Boston and I have the wife and two grown kids. Larry is single and lives in a flat with his mother. I don't watch TV like Larry does.
